Community Engagement Report
In this guide, we'll walk through the Engagement Report β a tool for managers to gain insight into the gamified environment. Use it to track engagement statistics and make data-driven decisions to optimise your gamification strategy.
The Engagement Report lists metrics against each engagement that your team has triggered in evaluagent. For more information on engagement events, see the Gamification Settings guide.
Required Feature Flags
The following feature flags and permissions are required to use this feature:

What the Report Shows
Engagement Award Statistics: How frequently each engagement is awarded within the specified time frame.
Dropped Engagement Statistics: Instances where engagements are dropped due to anti-gaming violations.
Report Filters: Refine your report to focus on specific data.
Accessing the Engagement Report
To view the Engagement Report as a manager or administrator:
Go to Community in the side nav > click Reports > view the engagement report.
Customising the Report
To tailor the Engagement Report to your needs, use the filters (familiar from other evaluagent reports):
Date Range Filters: Select a date range to analyse engagement trends over specific periods.
