Community Gamification Settings

The Community Gamification settings let administrators configure and manage various aspects of your gamified environment within evaluagent. Let's explore the functionality available in each tab.

Required Feature Flags

The following feature flags and permissions are required to use this feature:

Required Permissions:

  • Manage Community Settings (community.manage-settings) β€” to configure engagements, leaderboard, applicable teams and auctions

Accessing Community Settings

To view Community Settings as an administrator:

Go to Settings in the side nav > click Community > view the Engagements, Leaderboard, Auctions, Applicable Teams, and Suggestion Box tabs.

Engagements

The Engagements tab is where you configure and manage engagement events within your gamified environment. Engagement events triggered within evaluagent are the source of points awards that drive gamification across team members and teams, which drives improvements in conversation quality. The Engagements tab includes:

  • Engagement Event List: A list of engagement events with details such as event name, description, category, and status.

  • Engagement Event Configuration: Edit engagement events, including points value, anti-gaming limits, and levels configuration.
