1. Why Am I Not Getting Awarded Points?

A few things must be in place before you can be awarded points for engagement with evaluagent:

  • The engagement must be active. Check with your manager or administrator that the engagement you think should award points is active in the gamification settings.

  • You must be in a participating/applicable team. Check with your manager or administrator that your team is participating in the gamified environment.

  • You must not have breached the anti-gaming limit. Each engagement has a limit on how many times per day it can award you points. Check with your manager or administrator if you've reached the limit.

2. How Do I Change My Profile Picture or Avatar, and Can I Use Custom Images?

You can change your profile picture or avatar from your Community Profile page. See Community Profile for instructions.

You can use custom images, providing they fit within these constraints:

  • Supported formats: jpg, png and jpeg.

  • Maximum file size: 5MB.

3. Why Can't I View Previous Leaderboards?

Your team may not have any previous leaderboards yet. Previous leaderboards become available after they've completed and a new leaderboard starts.

4. How Often Is the Leaderboard Refreshed?

Your administrator sets the refresh period of the leaderboard. Once the period is up, the leaderboard refreshes.

For example, if the refresh period is seven days, the leaderboard will refresh seven days after the period was set.

5. What Are Spendable Points?

Spendable points are points you've earned that can be spent in auctions. Your spendable points balance decreases if you win an auction or are the leading bid on one.

6. Is There a Limit to the Number of Auctions I Can Participate In?

No, there's no limit. However, you'll need spendable points to bid on an auction.

7. Why Can't I See the Community Features From the Nav Bar?

A few things must be in place before you can see the Community features in evaluagent:

  • You must be in a participating/applicable team. Check with your manager or administrator that your team is participating through the Community settings.

  • Your account must have Community features enabled. Check with your administrator.

  • If you have both administrator and agent roles, your agent profile must be in a participating team. Otherwise, the agent permissions will prevent you from seeing the menu items.

8. Why Can't I See Any Leaderboards?

As an administrator or manager, you won't see any leaderboards if you don't have any teams selected to participate (see settings).

As an agent, you'll only see your team's leaderboard if your team is selected to participate. Ask your administrator if you can't see your team's leaderboard.
