How do I view my engagement level?
Your engagement level shows how far you've progressed in each activity that earns you points in the Community. You can see your levels on your Community Profile and use them to track your progress towards the next milestone.
Required Feature Flags
The following feature flags and permissions are required to use this feature:
Feature Flag | Description |
Community | Enables Community gamification, including engagement levels and points |
Required Permissions:
Members of a participating team can view their own engagement levels without an additional permission
Step 1: Open your Community Profile
Go to Community in the side nav > click Profile.
Your Community Profile is the central hub for your gamified experience. It shows your name, avatar, team, leaderboard position, lifetime points, and spendable points.
Step 2: Open the Engagement Levels and Points tab
On your profile, click the Engagement Levels and Points tab.
This tab shows a card for each engagement activated in your environment. For each engagement you participate in, you'll see:
The engagement name and category
Your current level (if levels are enabled for that engagement)
Your total points earned for that engagement
A progress bar showing how close you are to the next level
An information bubble you can click for a description of the engagement
If an engagement has levels turned off, the card shows your total points only.
Step 3: View your engagement history
Click the Engagement History tab to see how your points have built up over time.
This tab includes:
An Engagement Event Chart plotting your points over time
An Event Feed showing recent points awards, the engagement that triggered them, the category, and the timestamp
Use the feed to see exactly which activities have earned you points recently.
What each level means
Levels are a way of recognising sustained activity in a specific area. Each engagement that has levels enabled defines its own thresholds, set by your administrator. As you earn points for that engagement, you move through the levels.
Level 1 is the entry point. You reach it as soon as you cross the first points threshold.
Higher levels require more points each time. The exact thresholds depend on how your administrator has set up the engagement.
Maximum level is the highest your administrator has configured. You'll keep earning points after that, but the level itself won't change.
Levels are tracked separately for each engagement, so you might be at Level 3 for viewing evaluations and Level 1 for passing evaluations at the same time.
What unlocks at each level
Levels themselves are a recognition of your progress. They show on your profile cards, contribute to your visibility on the leaderboard, and demonstrate well-rounded participation across the Community.
Points earned through engagements also count towards your spendable points balance, which you can use to bid in Community auctions. Points keep accumulating regardless of the level you've reached, so progressing further always adds to what you can spend.
If your administrator has set up custom engagements, badges, or rewards tied to specific levels, those will be communicated to you separately.
How to earn more points and level up
To progress through your levels, focus on the activities tied to each engagement. The default engagements include:
Logging in to evaluagent
Viewing an evaluation performed on one of your conversations
Viewing quality feedback
Acknowledging quality feedback
Viewing a KPI report
Passing an evaluation
Being awarded a badge
Your organisation may also have custom engagements set up by your administrator.
A few practical tips:
Click the information bubble on each engagement card to read exactly what the engagement rewards.
Check your Event Feed regularly to see which engagements are awarding you the most points.
Some engagements have a daily limit on how many times they can award points. Once you've hit the limit for the day, switch focus to a different engagement.
Spread your activity across several engagements rather than relying on one. Variety helps you progress on multiple level tracks at once.
Troubleshooting
