Profile Information and Avatar/Photo

Profile information displays your details for quick identification and personalisation. This includes your name, profile avatar/photo, your team and anonymity settings.

Changing Profile Information

Profile Name

Your name is managed in your evaluagent profile details. In most cases, this can't be changed without your manager or administrator.

Team Name

Your team is set by your reporting structure in evaluagent. This is managed by your manager and can't be changed on this page.

Avatar/Photo

To change your avatar or upload a new photo:

Go to Community in the side nav > click Profile > click Change on the avatar/photo > select either Build avatar or Upload photo.

  • Build avatar:

- Use the hamburger menu or random avatar generator to create an avatar. - Click Save avatar.

  • Upload photo:

- Click Browse files or drag and drop a photo into the grey editable area. - Crop the photo. - Click Save. - Click Upload 1 file.

  • Save your changes.

Your new avatar or photo will display on your profile and on the leaderboard and auction pages as you interact with them.

Anonymity Option

Profile anonymity may be enabled by your administrator. This gives you the option of anonymity on the leaderboard, making you less identifiable to other team members.

If you activate anonymity:

  • Other team members won't see your name or avatar/photo on the leaderboard.

  • You won't see other team members' names or avatars/photos on the leaderboard.

  • Your manager will still be able to see your information on the leaderboard and on your profile.

To enable or disable anonymity:

Confirm your administrator has enabled this option, then:

Go to Community in the side nav > click Profile > click the Cog icon.

  • To enable, click Enable anonymity.

- Your avatar/photo will change to the default image, and your leaderboard position panel will be unavailable.

  • To disable, click Disable anonymity.
