Community Profile

The Community Profile page is the central hub for you, a team member, to personalise your experience and engage in friendly competition within evaluagent. It offers a wealth of information and functionality, empowering you to make the most of your gamified experience and strive towards improved conversation quality. Here's what you can expect:

  • Profile Information: Displaying your details allowing for quick identification and personalisation:

    • Name: Your name is displayed to identify yourself and for your manager to identify you when viewing your profile.

    • Avatar/Profile Photo: Lets you express yourself by customising an avatar or uploading a profile photo.

    • Team Identification: You can proudly represent your team, fostering a sense of belonging.

  • Anonymity Option: For those who prefer privacy, an option to remain anonymous is available.

  • Leaderboard Position: To see how you rank compared to other team members in real-time.

  • Lifetime Points: Track your total lifetime points, showcasing your achievements.

  • Spendable Points: Easily identify how many points you can spend on auctions and rewards.

Now, let's explore the additional functionality available in two distinct tabs within the Profile page.

Engagement Levels and Points tab:

In this tab, you will find all the information about your levels and points on each engagement activated in your gamified environment:

  • Engagement Levels: See your engagement level and progress towards the next level, motivating you to participate actively.

  • Engagement Points Total: Get a detailed breakdown of your earned points in each engagement area.

  • Descriptions: Click on information bubbles to access descriptions of each engagement, ensuring you understand their significance.

Engagement History tab:

The second tab provides a comprehensive overview of your engagement history:

  • Engagement event chart: Track your points over time with a dynamic chart.

  • Event feed: Stay up-to-date with recent points earned by scrolling through the feed.

With these features, you can track your progress, make informed decisions, and stay motivated to improve conversation quality through evaluagent.

Profile Information and Avatar/Photo

Profile information displays your details allowing for quick identification and personalisation. This includes your name, a profile avatar/photo, your team and anonymity settings. For details on each of these, read below.

Changing Profile Information

Profile name

Your name is managed in your evaluagent profile details. In most cases, this cannot be changed without your manager or administrator.

Team name

Your team allocation is set by your reporting structure in evaluagent. This is managed within evaluagent by your manager and cannot be changed on this page.

Avatar/Photo

To change your avatar, or upload a new photo follow these steps:


Navigation prompt

Go to Community in the side nav > click Profile page > click on Change on the avatar/photo > select either Build avatar or Upload photo

  • Build avatar:

    • Use the hamburger menu or random avatar generator to create an avatar of your preference.

    • Click on "Save avatar".

  • Upload photo:

    • Click on "browse files" or drag and drop a photo into the grey editable area.

    • Crop the photo.

    • Click "Save".

    • Click "Upload 1 file".

  • Save your changes.

Your new avatar or photo will now display on your profile and on leaderboard and auction pages as you interact with them.

Anonymity Option

Profile anonymity may be enabled by your administrator. This provides you with the option of anonymity on the leaderboard, making you less identifiable to other team members.

If you activate anonymity, here's what you can expect:

  • Other team members will not see your name or avatar/photo on the leaderboard.

  • You will not see other team members' names or avatar/photo on the leaderboard.

  • Your manager will be able to see your information on the leaderboard and on your profile.

To enable/disable anonymity, follow these steps:

Confirm your administrator has enabled this option.


Navigation prompt

Go to Community in the side nav > click Profile > click the Cog icon

  • To enable, click "Enable anonymity".

    • You will see your avatar/photo has changed to the default image, and your leaderboard position panel is now unavailable.

  • To disable, click "Disable anonymity".
