Team Leaderboards
Driving healthy competition with leaderboards is achieved by several exciting features. We detail these features and how to use them in the descriptions below.
Selecting a team
If you are a manager viewing the leaderboard, you will see a team selector allowing you to select any of the teams you manage. You can only view your team's leaderboard if you are a team member.

Leaderboard Information
A leaderboard is rich with information about the team rankings and team member effort across engagements. Some of the information displayed on the leaderboard is configured by the administrator, and some by team members. We provide insight into each leaderboard component below, including what can be modified through various settings.
Team name
If you view the leaderboard as a team member, you will see the team name on each of the team member's information rows. You will be able to view your team's board only.
If you view as a manager, the team name is visible in the team selector. You will also see the team name on each member row.
If you select a parent group or team encompassing multiple teams, you will see the team name vary on a team member row according to who is in which team.
Next period refresh countdown
To stay informed about when the leaderboard will refresh for the next period, a countdown timer resides at the top of the leaderboard. The administrators set the leaderboard period, which will repeat for each time unless the period is altered. At the conclusion of a leaderboard period, a new leaderboard is created, and the rankings and points totals of the previous leaderboard are preserved to recognise the effort made by the team.
Leaderboard date range
The refresh period of the leaderboard will determine the date range displayed on each leaderboard. This date range provides a way to distinguish the leaderboard period, which is generally associated with a week-by-week or month-by-month cycle.
Viewing previous leaderboards
You can view your teams' previous leaderboards navigating between the previous and next buttons. These provide a view of how your performance has changed over time and provide a baseline from which to measure your current ranking movement.
To view previous leaderboards:
Navigation prompt
Go to Community in the side nav > click Leaderboard > click on the Previous/Next buttons to navigate back and forth between leaderboards
To access leaderboards from the past, select the "Previous" button at the top-left of the leaderboard. If this button is inactive, your team may not have any past leaderboards.
