Introducing My Profile
Your profile page displays your personal information within evaluagent and allows you to upload your own profile picture or build a custom avatar. If you upload a profile picture, you'll see it in the top right corner of the screen, and it appears across the whole platform wherever you are mentioned -- in completed evaluations, KPI reports, evaluations, and more.
How to upload your own profile picture
Uploading your own profile picture is as simple as following the steps below. Should you ever want to replace or remove your profile picture, click the "+" icon and select the relevant option.
Click the avatar in the top right of any page, and select "My Profile" from the dropdown.
On the My Profile page, click the "+" icon to the left of your name and role.
Select Upload image from the options.
Either drag and drop a file or click to browse and select an image from your local machine that meets the following requirements:
It's a PNG, JPG, or JPEG
Is smaller than 5MB
After this step, you can make any adjustments to the image.
Use the image editor to crop your image to a square format, and click "Save"
A preview will be shown. If you are happy, click the upload button to save this as your new profile picture.
Close the pop-up window, and you'll now see your profile picture in the top right of every screen!
Build a custom avatar
If you'd prefer not to upload a photo, you can build a custom avatar instead:
On your profile page, click the "+" button on your profile picture.
Select Build avatar.
Use the avatar builder to customise your avatar appearance.
Click Save avatar when you're happy with the result.
Replacing or removing your profile picture
If you already have a profile picture and want to change or remove it:
Click the "+" button on your profile picture to open the dropdown menu.
Select Replace to upload a new image or build a new avatar.
Or select Remove to delete your current picture. Your profile will then display your initials instead.
What data can you see on your profile page
Your profile page contains the following information:
Your name (as it's entered in evaluagent)
Role(s): The role you currently have within evaluagent. This is commonly Admin or Agent.
Username: this is set by your account admin when creating your account, and used to log in
Team Hierarchy: Your organisational path (e.g., Company > Department > Team)
Length of employment: this is based on the start date property set by account admins when creating your account. If it states "Not set", this means the field is currently blank
Timezone: This is the timezone of your business's account, or automatically detected if not set.
Language: This is the language in which evaluagent is displayed. If your organisation has enabled multi-language support, you can change this by clicking (edit) next to Language and selecting your preferred language.
