How to access reporting data from an agent's profile

Agent Profile Reports provide detailed performance insights for individual agents. These reports show strengths, development opportunities, improvements over time, and rankings compared to peers. Managers can use this information to guide coaching conversations and celebrate achievements.

Accessing the Profile

  1. Navigate to Reporting > Insights

  2. View the leaderboard

  3. Click on an agent's name to open their profile

Required Permissions:

  • Insights permission - to access Agent Profile Reports

Note: Contact your evaluagent administrator if you don't have access to these features.

Profile Overview

Agent Header

The profile header shows:

  • Agent avatar and name - Clear identification

  • Team name - Current team assignment

  • Back to insights link - Return to the leaderboard

  • Period navigator - Switch between time periods

Time Period Selection

Navigate through time periods using the date navigator:

  • Previous - Move to an earlier period

  • Next - Move to a later period

  • Supported intervals: Week, Month, Quarter, Half-Year, Year

Ranking Cards

If rankings are enabled in reporting settings, the profile displays three ranking cards:

Team Rank

Shows the agent's position within their immediate team:

  • Current position (e.g., "3rd of 15")

  • Movement indicator (up, down, or stable)

  • Comparison to previous period

Section Rank

Shows the agent's position within their section or department:

  • Broader context than team rank

  • Useful for cross-team comparisons

Organisation Rank

Shows the agent's position across the entire organisation:

  • Overall standing

  • Highest-level comparison

Note: Ranking visibility can be disabled in reporting settings. If disabled, these cards won't appear.

Strengths Section

The Strengths section highlights positive performance:

High-Performing Line Items

Line items where the agent performs above the team average:

  • Line item name - The specific criterion

  • Scorecard name - Which evaluation form it's from

  • Percentage above average - How much better than team

Positive Feedback

Comments and feedback received:

  • Positive comments from evaluations

  • Recognition from evaluators

Badges

Achievements and awards earned:

  • Badge icons with descriptions

  • Count of badges received in the period

  • Click a badge to view the associated evaluation

  • Inactive badge slots show potential achievements

Improvements Section

Shows progress from the previous period:

Line Items with Higher Scores

Items that have improved compared to the previous period:

  • Line item name - The improved criterion

  • Scorecard - Which form it's from

  • Improvement percentage - How much the score increased

  • Improvement reasons - AI-generated insights into why improvement occurred

Impact Statement

When improvements lead to ranking changes:

  • Notes the quality score increase

  • Shows any position movement

  • Celebrates the achievement

Development Opportunities Section

Identifies areas for focus and improvement:

Line Items Below Team Average

Items where performance is below peers:

  • Line item name - The criterion needing attention

  • Percentage below - Gap to team average

  • Improvement reasons - Insights into potential causes

Line Items Dropped from Previous Period

Items that have declined:

  • Line item name - The declining criterion

  • Percentage drop - How much performance fell

  • Improvement reasons - Context for the decline

Starting a 1-to-1 from Profile

If the One-to-Ones feature is enabled:

  1. Check the boxes next to line items needing attention

  2. Click to start a 1-to-1 session

  3. Selected line items are pre-populated in the session

Agent Self-View

Agents can view their own profile:

  • Accessed automatically when agents without broader reporting access visit Insights

  • Same information as manager view

  • May have limited navigation options

  • Encourages self-directed improvement

Using Profile Data for Coaching

Coaching Conversations

Use the profile to prepare for 1-to-1s:

  1. Review strengths to celebrate

  2. Identify development areas to discuss

  3. Note improvements to acknowledge

  4. Use line item insights for specific coaching

Performance Discussions

Structure feedback around:

  • Specific line item performance

  • Comparison to team averages

  • Progress from previous periods

  • Actionable development areas

Troubleshooting

Cannot Access Profile

  • Verify the agent is in your reporting hierarchy

  • Check the agent has the agent role

  • Ensure you have the Insights permission

No Ranking Cards Showing

  • Check reporting settings

  • Ranking display may be disabled

  • Contact your administrator to enable

Profile Shows No Data

  • Verify evaluations exist for the period

  • Check the date range selection

  • The agent may be new with no evaluation history
