How can I hide the evaluator's name from agents?
Overview
You can hide the evaluator's name so that agents cannot see who evaluated them. This affects quality evaluations, quality feedback, and notifications.
Getting there
Go to Settings > Quality Settings > click the Workflow tab
What happens when you hide the evaluator's name
When this setting is enabled, the following areas are affected:
Quality evaluations -- The evaluator's name is replaced with a dash (-) when the agent views their evaluation
Quality feedback -- The evaluator's name is hidden on feedback associated with evaluations
Notifications -- Notifications use different wording that excludes the evaluator's name

Important notes
This setting only affects what agents see -- managers, administrators, and other non-agent roles can still see the evaluator's name
The change applies immediately to all evaluations, including those completed before the setting was turned on
This can be useful when you want to keep evaluations impartial and avoid potential bias in how agents receive feedback
