What can agents access within the evaluagent platform?

The Agent role provides basic access for frontline staff. As an agent, your experience in evaluagent is focused on viewing your own performance, receiving coaching, and engaging with your team through feedback.

What you can do as an agent

View your own performance

You can see your personal performance profile from Reporting > Insights. This gives you a clear view of:

  • Strengths — your high-performing line items and positive feedback

  • Improvements — progress you've made from previous periods

  • Development opportunities — areas where you're below your team average

  • Rankings — where you sit within your team, section, and organisation (if enabled by your admin)

  • Badges — achievements you've earned

Provide general feedback

You can send informal feedback to colleagues outside of formal evaluations. This includes:

  • Feedback to individual agents or groups

  • Feedback to managers and other non-agent users

  • Multiple sentiment labels (positive, neutral, or constructive)

  • Topic tags for categorisation

Receive and acknowledge feedback

You receive both quality feedback (from evaluations) and general feedback (from peers and managers). You can:

  • View all feedback directed to you in Feedback > My Feedback

  • Acknowledge feedback you've received

  • Add a response when acknowledging

  • View the original evaluation linked to quality feedback

Access your learning

If E-Learning is enabled, you can access assigned lessons and learning paths through your My Learning area.

What agents don't have access to

The Agent role is designed to keep your focus on personal development. You won't have access to:

  • Evaluating contacts — completing quality evaluations is reserved for evaluators and quality analysts

  • Team-wide reporting — you see your own performance data only, not other agents'

  • Admin settings — scorecard configuration, user management, security settings, and system configuration

  • Calibration sessions — creating or facilitating calibration is reserved for managers and quality analysts

  • 1-to-1 facilitation — facilitating coaching sessions is a manager/team leader function (though you participate in sessions scheduled with you)

  • Data export — exporting reports requires additional permissions

Good to know

  • Your team assignment determines which team's rankings you appear in and who can see your performance data

  • Your team leader and managers can view your evaluations, feedback, and coaching records within their reporting hierarchy

  • If your admin grants additional permissions beyond the base Agent role, you may see extra features — check with your team leader if you're unsure what you have access to
