How do I allow users to upload & attach calls or tickets to evaluations?

Go to CONVERSATIONS > Click Integrations > Click the File upload tab
When your account is first switched on, this feature defaults to the Inactive status. If you wish to activate this feature on your account, simply click the Inactive button to turn it Active.
Users with the permission to Upload recordings/files can now attach a call recording, email transcript, or other supporting materials to a contact or evaluation in a number of places:
When manually creating a contact to evaluate or calibrate
On evaluations in the completed evaluations table
When viewing an individual evaluation
Supported File Types
evaluagent supports a wide range of file types:
Category | Supported Formats |
Audio | MP3, MP4, WAV, GSM, OGA, OGG, SPX, OPUS |
Documents | PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, TXT |
Images | PNG, JPG, JPEG |
Audio files in WAV or MP3 format are automatically converted to MP3 for optimal storage and playback. If you need to upload a file type not currently supported, contact evaluagent support at support@evaluagent.com.
