Managing Suggestion Box Settings
The out-of-the-box Suggestion Box settings are designed so you can roll out the feature quickly. Like all evaluagent products, we offer significant customisation through the Suggestion Box settings page.

How Do I Activate, Deactivate or Edit Feedback Types?
Go to Settings > click Community > click the Suggestion Box tab.
To deactivate a type (so it isn't selectable when submitting a suggestion), untick the Active category box.
To rename a type — for example, from "New Idea" to "Good Idea" — change the wording in the label option and click Save Changes at the bottom of the settings page.
To change the placeholder text, repeat the above in the Prompt area.
How Can I Manage the List of Available Statuses?
Go to Settings > click Community > click the Suggestion Box tab.
To add a status, type the name and click Add Status. This adds the status to the list of available options.
To edit an existing status name, click the pencil icon. Any suggestions with this status will be updated with the new name.
To delete a status, click the dustbin icon where applicable. Don't worry — the suggestion isn't deleted, it reverts to its earlier state.
How Can I Manage the List of Available Tags?
Go to Settings > click Community > click the Suggestion Box tab.
To add a tag, type the name and click Add Tag. This adds the tag to the list of available options when next processing suggestions.
To edit an existing tag, click the pencil icon. Any suggestion with this tag will be updated with the new name.
To delete a tag, click the dustbin icon where applicable. Don't worry — the suggestion isn't deleted, only the tag is removed.
