How do I manage Notifications?

The following permissions are required to use this feature:

Manage notifications (
admin.notification.settings) — to access Settings > Notification settings and configure events
Getting There
Go to Settings > Notification settings.
From here, you can select which events you want to notify users about.
There are many events you can choose to notify users about. However, only events linked to modules you have access to will be visible in the table. As you access more modules, more notifications appear in the table.
To keep things organised, notifications are grouped into tabs. Click a tab to find out what notifications are available for each module.
Editing Notification Settings
SLAs: The SLA feature lets you define how much time a user has to acknowledge the notification before its service-level agreement (SLA) is breached.
Notify in System: When enabled, users get a message within evaluagent notifying them of the event and any actions they need to take.
Notify by Email: When enabled, users get an email notifying them of the event and any actions they need to take.
Email notifications will only be received by users who have an email assigned to their user profile.
Previewing Notifications
You can preview what a notification will look like depending on which options you have turned on. Click the View link to see the title, message, and any action button that appears for the selected notification.
