This guide documents the process of accessing EvaluAgent using SSO (Single Sign-On).
In order for this guide to be useful, your organisation must have gone through the SSO set-up process on EvaluAgent. If your organisation hasn’t done this yet, please read more .
Step 1: Access the Evaluagent platform
Navigate to https://app.evaluagent.com/login to access the platform.
Note: Your login URL may differ based on where your data is domiciled.
EU & UK: https://app.evaluagent.com/login
Step 2: Provide your username
In the Username field, enter your account username. This could be alphanumeric text, an email address, or your UPN (User Principal Name), depending on what your admin has configured.
Click the Continue button to proceed.
Note: Your email address and username may not always be the same. If you’re unsure, please ask your evaluagent admin.
Step 3: Access the platform
If the provided username is valid and SSO has been configured, you will be redirected to the evaluagent homepage.
Please note that your homepage may look different based on permissions and access levels.
