Selecting your default dashboard experience
When you first enter evaluagent, your home page is set to the default dashboard view.
The classic evaluagent dashboard has until now been the default view, but this has been upgraded to SmartView Custom Dashboards.
The new default dashboard view when logging into evaluagent
SmartView Custom Dashboards enables users with the 'Edit SmartView Custom Dashboard' permission to create their own personalised dashboards and set one of these dashboards as the home page they see each time they log in.

What is the new experience?
The evaluagent SmartView dashboard is now the default view for all users and you won't need to make any changes to enable all your users to see it. The default dashboard is built up by individual widget 'tiles' that can be independently changed to reflect different date ranges, reporting levels or filters.
Who can see the default SmartView Dashboard?
The default evaluagent SmartView dashboard mirrors the capability of the original classic dashboard and is visible to all users and roles.
Users can:
Interact with the individual widget 'tiles' by changing date ranges, report focus and filters
View information about each widget metric and any filters applied
View the dashboard on a large screen
The evaluagent default SmartView dashboard is read only, and so users will not be able to delete or change the layout of this dashboard.
Note: The extent of data visible to users aligns to their allocated reporting access.
Who can build & edit their own SmartView Dashboards?
By default all roles with the exception of 'Agents' can build and edit their own SmartView Custom Dashboards.
If you want to change which roles can build their own dashboards, for example enable all agents to do so, then you can make this change within the 'Roles and Permissions' section of the platform.

Please note: The classic dashboard will be retired in the future.
