How to use the Dashboard

Click the HOME icon from anywhere within the platform.
The Dashboard is your first-stop overview and summary of quality performance. It is a great starting point to identify trends and areas to dig deeper into for improving quality.
The evaluagent dashboard provides at-a-glance quality metrics through SmartView. When you log in, the SmartView dashboard is your default home page, displaying widgets that summarise your key performance data.
What you can do from the Dashboard
Review quality metrics at a glance using preconfigured widgets
Change widget date ranges and filters to focus on specific time periods or teams
View widget information by hovering over the info icon on any widget
Enter full-screen mode to display the dashboard on a large screen or TV
Create custom dashboards if you have the 'Edit SmartView Custom Dashboards' permission
Share dashboards internally with colleagues or externally via secure links
Getting Started
If you are new to the dashboard, explore the default evaluagent SmartView dashboard to familiarise yourself with the available metrics and widgets. From there, you can create your own custom dashboards tailored to your needs.
