Enables 1-to-1s and actions functionality

Required Permissions:

  • Export Reports (reporting.export) — to generate and download exports

What You Can Export

You can export your actions and 1-to-1 meetings to a CSV file. This is useful when you need to:

  • Analyse coaching activity outside the platform

  • Share a record with HR or another team

  • Build a custom report on action completion or meeting cadence

  • Keep an offline copy for audit purposes

Exports respect your reporting permissions, so you'll only see data for users in your reporting hierarchy.

Exporting Actions

Step 1 — Go to Actions & 1-to-1s > click 1-to-1 records & actions.

Step 2 — Click the Actions tab.

Step 3 — Apply any filters you want on the export (date range, status, assignee, action type).

Step 4 — Click Export and confirm.

evaluagent processes the export in the background. You'll get an in-app notification when it's ready, with a link to download the CSV.

Exporting 1-to-1 Meetings

Step 1 — Go to Actions & 1-to-1s > click 1-to-1 records & actions.

Step 2 — Click the Meetings tab.

Step 3 — Apply your filters (date range, status, facilitator, participant).

Step 4 — Click Export and confirm.

You'll get a notification when the file is ready to download.

Downloading the File

When the export finishes:

  • Click the link in the in-app notification, or

  • Go back to the actions or meetings list — the download is available from the export status indicator

The file downloads as a CSV.

What's in the CSV

The CSV contains one row per action or meeting, with columns covering:

  • The action or meeting reference

  • The participant and the facilitator or creator

  • Date created, due date, and completion or session date

  • Status

  • Description, topic and any notes

  • Linked plan (if any)

Tips

  • Filter before you export. A narrow date range or specific assignee gives you a more useful file than dumping everything at once.

  • Large exports take a few minutes. Don't refresh — you'll get a notification when it's ready.

  • If you need a recurring export, talk to your administrator about scheduled reporting options.
