How Do I Configure Organisation Branding

How do I configure organisation branding?

Required Feature Flags

The following permissions are required to use this feature:

Required Permissions:

  • Manage Quality Settings (quality.settings) or Manage Security Settings (security.settings) β€” either permission gives access to the Client brand settings page

What you can change

Branding lets you customise the look of the platform for your team:

  • The logo in the application header

  • A primary colour used on buttons, links, and highlights

  • An optional secondary colour for accents

  • The default language applied to new user accounts

Step 1: Open Client brand settings

Go to Settings > Account > Client brand settings.

If you don't see the Client brand settings option, your role is missing the Manage Quality Settings (or Manage Security Settings) permission, or your contract is on a partner branding arrangement.

Step 2: Upload your logo

Under Company logo, click to select an image file or drag one onto the upload area. PNG or SVG with a transparent background works best. Aim for a logo that's legible at around 30 to 50 pixels tall β€” that's the size it displays at in the header.

The preview shows you how it'll look on the live header.

Step 3: Set your brand colours

Under Brand colours:

  • Click the Primary colour swatch and pick your colour, or paste a hex code (for example #0066CC).

  • Optionally do the same for Secondary colour.

The platform generates light and dark variants automatically and tunes the text colour on coloured buttons for contrast, so you only need to set the base hexes.

Step 4: Set the default language for new users

Under Default language, pick the language you want assigned to new users when they're created.

This only applies to new users. Existing users keep whatever language they've already got, and they can change it themselves under their personal settings.

Step 5: Save

Click Save. The page reloads to apply the new branding.

Updating branding later

You can come back to this page any time to change the logo, colours, or default language. Each save reloads the platform with the new look.

Solution

I can't see Client brand settings in the menu

Your role needs Manage Quality Settings or Manage Security Settings, or your contract is on a partner arrangement β€” contact your evaluagent administrator

Logo looks blurry in the header

Upload a higher-resolution PNG or use an SVG

Button text is hard to read on my brand colour

The platform picks white or black text automatically based on contrast β€” try a slightly different shade if it's not picking the one you want
