Manage Users (
admin.org.users.manage) β to update another user's language preference
evaluagent supports multiple interface languages. You can set a language per user, and that setting applies to the contract you're working in.
Where Language is Set
Language is stored per user, per contract. If a user has access to more than one contract, their language can differ between contracts.
If a contract default language is configured, new users start in that language. Otherwise English (UK) is used.
Step 1: Open the User
Go to User Management > Add & Edit Users.
Find the user, click the Actions menu at the end of their row, then click Edit User.
Step 2: Choose a Language
In the Edit User panel, open Advanced Settings and find the language selector.
Pick a language from the list. The available languages depend on what's configured for your contract β if the language you need isn't listed, contact evaluagent support.
Step 3: Save
Click Update User.
When the Change Takes Effect
The new language takes effect the next time the user loads a page or logs in. They may need to refresh their browser to see the change immediately.
The translation covers system interface elements like buttons, labels, menus, and navigation. User-generated content such as custom field names, comments, and feedback stays in the language it was written in.
Self-Service
Users can change their own language from their profile if their account allows it. A user-set preference takes priority over one set by an admin.
SCIM-Provisioned Users
If a user was created via SCIM, some profile fields may be locked and need to be updated through your identity provider. If you can't change a SCIM user's language in evaluagent, manage it from your identity provider instead.
