Spotlight History lists every analysis your team has run. Filtering helps you find a specific run, compare results across data sources, or see how your team is using Spotlight.

Step 1: Open Spotlight history

Go to Conversations > Spotlight and open the History tab.

The tab lists all completed Spotlight analyses with their date, conversation count, integration, and the user who ran them.

Step 2: Pick a date range

Click the Date Range dropdown.

Choose a preset like Last 30 Days or Last Quarter, or pick Custom Range and set your own start and end dates.

The default range is the last 30 days.

Step 3: Filter by integration

Click the Integration dropdown.

Select one or more integrations to see only the analyses from those data sources. Leave it blank to see everything.

This is useful when you want to track patterns within a specific channel or platform.

Step 4: Filter by user

Click the User dropdown.

Choose Show all to see analyses run by anyone in your organisation, or pick a single user to see just theirs.

Step 5: Apply the filters

Click Run Report.

The results table updates to match your criteria. Pagination resets to page 1.

Reading the results

Each row in the filtered list shows:

Column

When the analysis ran

Conversations

How many conversations were analysed

Actions

View opens the full analysis

Click View on any row to see the complete results, including all themes and conversation examples.

Filters stick around

Your filter selections are saved automatically:

  • Filters persist when you leave and come back to the page

  • They survive across browser sessions

  • Each user's preferences are stored separately

To reset, clear your selections and click Run Report again.
