How do I edit an evaluation?

The following permissions are required to use this feature:

Edit Evaluations (
quality.evaluations.edit) — to modify scores, feedback or details on a published evaluationView Completed Evaluations (
quality.evaluations.view-completed) — to access the completed evaluations table
Go to Evaluate > click Completed evaluations.
This opens the completed evaluations screen.
Step 1: Find and Select the Evaluation You Wish to Edit
Filter the list of evaluations by the following data points:
Evaluation date
Agent
Evaluator
Scorecard
Reviewer
Evaluation outcome
Badges
Evaluation mode
Evaluation acknowledgement
