How do I delete an evaluation?
Required Feature Flags
The following permissions are required to use this feature:
Required Permissions:
Delete Evaluations (
quality.evaluations.delete) — to permanently remove a completed evaluationView Completed Evaluations (
quality.evaluations.view-completed) — to access the completed evaluations table
Go to Evaluate > click Completed evaluations.
This opens the completed evaluations screen.
Step 1: Find and Select the Evaluation You Wish to Delete
Filter the list of evaluations by the following data points:
Evaluation date
Agent
Evaluator
Scorecard
Reviewer
Evaluation outcome
Badges
Evaluation mode
Evaluation acknowledgement
and/or search by contact reference
Step 2: Click Delete
Once you have found the evaluation you are looking for, click the burger menu on the row of the evaluation you wish to delete and then click Delete to remove the previously completed evaluation.
Warning: This action is irreversible. Only proceed when you are certain that this is the evaluation you want to delete.
A confirmation modal will appear as your final opportunity to cancel this process. Press Delete evaluation once you're certain this is the right evaluation to delete.
