Required Feature Flags

The following permissions are required to use this feature:

Required Permissions:

  • can Grant Support Access (admin.settings.security.support-access) β€” to grant or revoke evaluagent support access to your tenant

  • View audit log (admin.audit.view-audit-log) β€” to review the captured session details under Reporting > Audit log

Introduction

As an extra level of protection for your data, you can control and audit when evaluagent can access your tenant.

Users with the can Grant Support Access permission (under General Permissions) can grant evaluagent audited access to your tenant data.

Getting There

Go to Settings > Security settings > click the Support Access tab.

Here you can Grant Access to switch the feature on, and Revoke Access to switch the feature off.

_Please note: All Administrator profiles include the can Grant Support Access permission by default. You may want to identify additional roles and users within your company who can approve evaluagent access to your company data._

Auditing Actions

When an evaluagent support member accesses your tenant, the reason for access is recorded upon login; this typically includes a support ticket reference. The captured information is available for review within the Audit Log. By default, every session is audited and accessible under Reporting > Audit log.
