How do I view an evaluation?

The following permissions are required to use this feature:

View Completed Evaluations (
quality.evaluations.view-completed) β to access the completed evaluations table and view individual evaluation results
Your reporting-level access also determines which evaluations you see β for example, agents with this permission only see their own evaluations, and a team lead sees only evaluations for their team.
Go to Evaluate > click Completed evaluations.
This opens the completed evaluations screen.
Tip: Your assigned reporting-level access determines which evaluations you can see in this table. For example, an agent who has permission to view this table will only ever see their own evaluations. A team leader with reporting access set to their team will only ever see evaluations for their team members.
Step 1: Find and Select the Evaluation You Wish to View
You can filter the list of evaluations by evaluation date, agent, and/or evaluator.
Step 2: Click View
Once you have found the evaluation you are looking for, click View on the row of the evaluation you wish to access to reveal the evaluation and its results.
