I have email - How do I reset my password?
This process applies only to users with an email address. If you do not have an email address, please reset your password via your system administrator. More information is available in the guide: I don't have email - How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten the password you use to log in to evaluagent, follow these steps to recover your access.
Resetting Your Password
From the login screen, click the Forgot password link.
Enter your email address, then click Send Password Reset Link.
If your email address is found in the system, a confirmation message appears advising you to check your email.
Open your email client (Microsoft Outlook, GSuite for Business, etc.) and find the email from evaluagent.
Click the Reset Password button in the email. You'll be returned to your web browser.
Back in your web browser, enter your email address, a new password, and a confirmation of the new password.
Click Reset Password. Our system updates with the new password you've entered. Return to the login screen and enter your email address and new password to log in.
