If you do not have an email address, the process is simple: ask your system administrator or quality lead for a new temporary password. They will need to follow the steps below.

Resetting a Password Without Email

Go to User Management > Add & Edit Users > click the burger menu for the relevant user and click Password reset.

If the user has an email address registered in evaluagent, the administrator will be reminded that the password can be changed via the email password reset process.

Otherwise, the administrator can reset the password by clicking Reset password. A temporary password is generated.

From here, go to evaluagent, enter your username and the temporary password that has been generated, and follow the on-screen instructions.
