Go to CONVERSATIONS > Click Integrations > Click the WFM Integrations tab > Select the Peopleware tile

The Peopleware integration will enable you to view your Plan Schedule in evaluagent and setup 1-to-1 sessions in evaluagent. You will need a user with admin access to Peopleware to complete this configuration. Users in Peopleware will be matched with users in evaluagent using email address where both platforms require email address to authenticate.

There are 3 steps in the integration process:

  1. Set up Peacleware to support API access

  2. Configure the evaluagent Peopleware Integration

  3. Confirm that everything works within the evaluagent platform

Step 1: Set up Peopleware to support API access

Set up an API token to authenticate access to the Peopleware API. Log in to the Peopleware platform with an admin user, then browse here to create a new Personal Access Token.

Click Add new token_,_ give it a descriptive name and click Generate new token.

The token will only be available once so take a copy for the next step in the configuration. Click Done.

Step 2: Configure the evaluagent Peopleware integration

Using the Peopleware tile, set up evaluagent to fetch Peopleware user Plan Schedules and synchronise matching users using their email address.

Paste the Personal Access Token from step 1 into the Bearer Token field and Click Authenticate.

evaluagent will start synchronising users on a regular (typically hourly) cycle.

Step 3: Confirm that everything works from the evaluagent platform

Login to evaluagent with a user who has a role allowing 1-to-1 permissions. Go to ACTIONS & 1-TO-1S > Click My 1-to-1s. Using the drop down in the Calendar view select an evaluagent user that is also a Peopleware user.

If the calendar is populated with that Peopleware user Plan Schedule the integration is working as expected.
