Getting started
If you do not have an email address, the process is simple: ask your system administrator or quality lead for a new temporary password. They will need to follow the steps below.
Navigation Prompt
Go to USER MANAGEMENT > click Add & Edit Users > click the burger menu for the relevant User and click Password reset
This will then reveal the following window:
If you have an email address registered in evaluagent, you'll be reminded that you can change your password via the email password reset process.
However, at this stage, the administrator can reset the password by clicking Reset password, which reveals the following window:
From here, go to evaluagent, enter your username and the temporary password that has been generated and follow the on-screen instructions.
