Managing exports

Your export requests are listed on the page showing:

  • Date created — When the export was requested

  • Download — Link to download completed exports

  • Delete — Remove old exports

Note: Exported CSV files are automatically removed after 30 days. Download promptly.

Best practices

  • Start with shorter date ranges to test before running large exports

  • Know the limits — Evaluations: max 100 days; Conversation Analytics: max 30 days per export

  • Download promptly — Files are deleted after 30 days

  • Store securely — Export files contain sensitive data; follow your organisation's data handling policies

  • Use consistent date fields — Choose the same date field type consistently for accurate comparisons

FAQs

  • What platforms can I use this data on? Your data is compatible with data analysis tools like Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, and many others.

  • Is conversation analytics data available via API? Yes. See the evaluagent API docs for more information.

  • What if my export takes too long? Try a shorter date range or avoid queuing multiple large exports at the same time.

Troubleshooting

  • No data in export — Verify evaluations exist for the selected date range and check your scorecard filter

  • Export failed — Try again with a smaller date range; contact support if the issue persists

  • Cannot access a tab — Verify the required features are enabled and check your permissions

  • Download not working — Ensure the export status shows "Complete" and check your browser's download settings
