The Audit Log in EvaluAgent allows administrators to view and track specific user-triggered events across the platform. This feature is essential for compliance, security, and user activity monitoring.
Accessing the Audit Log
To access the audit log:

Navigate to the left-hand menu.

Click on Reporting (chart icon).

Select Audit Log from the dropdown list.
Filtering Audit Logs
At the top of the audit log page, you'll find filtering options to narrow down log entries:

Filter by event date: Choose a date range (e.g., 10 Apr 25 – 11 Apr 25).

Filter by User: Limit results to a specific user.

Filter by Team: Filter activity by team.

Filter by Custom Group: Choose custom-defined user groups.

Filter by Event: Select specific actions such as logins, updates, or report runs.
All dropdowns support multi-select to combine filters for more precise auditing.
Viewing Audit Entries
The main table displays the audit trail based on your selected filters. The columns include:

User: The person or system performing the action (e.g., Alex Richards, 'evaluagent Staff').

Event Name: The specific action triggered (e.g., User login, User modified via SCIM).

Event Category: The broader category of the event (e.g., User Actions, SCIM, Reporting).

Event Date and Time: When the event occurred.
Each row represents a unique logged activity.
Exporting the Data

To export the filtered log entries, click "Download to CSV" (located top-right of the table).

This will generate a
.csv
file with the displayed records for offline review or sharing.
