Here you can view the volume and sentiment of quality and general feedback and how much feedback is pending acknowledgement.
This table works on the principle of the performance reports - you'll enter at the level of the organisation you have been granted access to. (Your reporting-level access permission).
Like reports, the table offers hierarchical click-through (Hierarchical view), access to all teams data (Team view) and access to all agents data (Agent view).
At the lowest-level of the table, you can access each Agent's specific feedback. When an Agent accesses this table, they are taken directly (and only) to their table of feedback.
Feedback can be filtered by submission date and grouped together by Category.
Details of the feedback can be accessed by clicking View at the end of the row of the feedback you wish to view.
Alternatively, the recipient (and anyone else who was copied into the feedback at the point of submission) can access the feedback by clicking on the link in a notification.
Via either route, clicking on the relevant link reveals the following modal pop-up window...
When the recipient of the feedback views this window, they will be able to acknowledge the feedback and add any comments.
Once acknowledged, any comments added by the recipient will also be visible here
