PLEASE NOTE: Users who are assigned the Admin role are automatically granted access rights to all Admin features including Settings. Other roles can be assigned access rights to any one or a combination of the following Settings pages. See here for further guidance on roles and permissions

Step1: Click Admin in the Apps menu

Step 2: Click the relevant Settings icon from the Admin home-page

  1. For Quality settings - click the view button on the Quality icon
  2. For Notification settings - click the View button on the Notifications icon
  3. For Feedback settings - click the View button on the Feedback settings icon
  4. For 1-to-1s settings - click the View button on the 1-to-1 settings icon
  5. For Integrations - click the View button on the Integrations icon
  6. For Work queues - click the View button on the Work queues icon
  7. For Reporting settings - click the View button on the Reporting icon
  8. For Security settings - click the View button on the Security icon
  9. For Customised alerts - you guessed it! click the View button on the Alerts icon.
