This process only applies to users who do not have an email address.
If you do have an email, please reset your password via email
In the event that you do not have an email address, the process is simple - ask your system administrator or quality lead for a new temporary password.
They will go to Users, access your profile and click Password Reset
This will then reveal the following window;
If you actually have an email, you'll be reminded that you can change your password via the email password reset process.
However, at this stage, the administrator has the ability to then reset the password by clicking Reset password to reveal the following window...
From here, go to EvaluAgent, enter your username and the temporary password that has been generated and follow the on-screen instructions
