I have email - How do I reset my password?

A quick check before you start...

This process only applies to users who have an email address.

If you do not have an email, please reset your password via your system administrator.


Getting started

If you have forgotten the password you use to login to EvaluAgent you can follow these simple steps to recover your access.


From the login screen, click on the link "Forgot password"

You will then be prompted to enter your Email Address. Enter this into the text field and click on the button, "Send Password Reset Link"


Step 3
If your email address has been found in the system, a confirmation message will appear advising you to check your email.


Step 4
Open your email client (Microsoft Outlook, GSuite for Business, etc) and find the email from EvaluAgent.


Step 5
The email you receive will look like the example below. Click on the "Reset Password" button and you will be taken back to your web browser.


Step 6
Back in your web browser, you will be prompted to enter your email address, a new password and a confirmation of the new password you've chosen.

Step 7
You can then press the "Reset Password" button. Our system will then update with the new password you've entered. You can then return to the login screen and enter your email address and new password to log in.
