The User's Reporting Access determines which evaluations they can see in this table. For example, an Agent who has permission to view this table will only ever see their own evaluations. A team leader with Reporting Access set to his Team will only ever see evaluations for his team members. 

Step 1: Find and select the evaluation you wish to view

Select the Completed evaluations menu option and filter the list of evaluations by Evaluation date, Agent, and/or Evaluator

Step 2: Click View

Once you have found the evaluation you are looking for, click View on the row of the evaluation you wish to access to reveal the evaluation and its results.
