The Community Profile page is the central hub for you, a team member, to personalise your experience and engage in friendly competition within EvaluAgent. It offers a wealth of information and functionality, empowering you to make the most of their gamified experience and strive towards improved conversation quality. Here's what you can expect:

Profile Information: Displaying your details allowing for quick identification and personalisation:
- Name: Your name is displayed to identify yourself and other for your manager to identify you when viewing your profile.
- Avatar/Profile Photo: Let’s you express yourself by customising an avatar or uploading a profile photo.
- Team Identification: You can proudly represent your team, fostering a sense of belonging.
- Anonymity Option: For those who prefer privacy, an option to remain anonymous is available.
- Leaderboard Position: To see how you rank compared to other team members in real-time.
- Lifetime Points: Track your total lifetime points, showcasing your achievements.
- Spendable Points: Easily identify how many points you can spend on auctions and rewards.
Now, let's explore the additional functionality available in two distinct tabs within the Profile page.
Engagement Levels and Points tab:
In this tab, you will find all the information about your levels and points on each engagement activated in your gamified environment:

Engagement Levels: See your engagement level and progress towards the next level, motivating you to participate actively.

Engagement Points Total: Get a detailed breakdown of your earned points in each engagement area.

Descriptions: Click on information bubbles to access descriptions of each engagement, ensuring you understand their significance.
Engagement History tab:
The second tab provides a comprehensive overview of your engagement history:

Engagement event chart: Track your points over time with a dynamic chart.

Event feed: Stay up-to-date with recent points earned by scrolling through the feed.
With these features, you can track your progress, make informed decisions, and stay motivated to improve conversation quality through EvaluAgent.

Profile Information and Avatar/Photo
Profile information displays your details allowing for quick identification and personalisation. This includes your name, a profile avatar/photo, your team and anonymity settings. For details on each of these, read below.
Changing Profile Information
Profile name
Your name is managed in your EvaluAgent profile details. In most cases, this cannot be changed without your manager or administrator.
Team name
Your team allocation is set by your reporting structure in EvaluAgent. This is managed within EvaluAgent by your manager and cannot be changed on this page.
Avatar/Photo
To change your avatar, or upload a new photo follow these steps:

Build avatar:

Use the hamburger menu or random avatar generator to create an avatar of your preference.

Click on “Save avatar”.

Upload photo:
-
Click on “browse files” or drag and drop a photo into the grey editable area.

Crop the photo.
-
Click “Save”.

Click “Upload 1 file”.

Save your changes.
Your new avatar or photo will now display on your profile and on leaderboard and auction pages as you interact with them.
Note: Supported formats for a profile photo are jpg, png and jpeg and the maximum file size is 5MB.
Anonymity Option
Profile anonymity may be enabled by your administrator. This provides you with the option of anonymity on the leaderboard, making you less identifiable to other team members.
If you activate anonymity, here’s what you can expect:

Other team members will not see my name or avatar/photo on the leaderboard.

You will not see other team member’s names or or avatar/photo on the leaderboard.

Your manager will be able to see your information on the leaderboard and on your profile.
To enable/disable anonymity, follow these steps:
Confirm your administrator has enabled this option.

To enable, click “Enable anonymity”.

You will see your avatar/photo has changed to the default image, and your leaderboard position panel is now unavailable.

To disable, click “Disable anonymity”.

You will see your avatar/photo has been restored to the previous image if you had previously applied a custom avatar/photo, and your leaderboard position panel is now displaying your current rank.

Engagement Levels and Points Tab
In this tab, you will find all the information about your levels and points on each engagement activated in your gamified environment, following the information below for details of each part.
Engagement panels
The engagement panel encompasses levels and points you have earned against a particular engagement event that has been set up in your gamified environment. The engagement panels will display for all engagement events that your administrator has activated in your gamified environment.
Engagement name
The engagement name identifies the activity within EvaluAgent that you perform to earn points. If more information about the engagement is required, see the engagement description.
Engagement description
By hovering over the information icon next to the Engagement name, a tooltip will display with a description of how points are earned through this engagement. These describe the type of behaviour that is encouraged to use EvaluAgent to improve conversation quality.
Engagement level
If your administrator has enabled and configured levels on an engagement, you will see the current level that you have achieved based upon the total number of points you have earnt to date on that engagement.
If you have reached the maximum level that has been configured for this engagement, it you will see “Maximum level achieved” displayed in place of the level progress indicator.
Your level may change if the level configuration is changed by the administrator.
Note: If levels have not been set up by your administrator, the engagement level and level progress indicator will not display.
Level progress indicator
The level progress indicator displays the progress towards the next level, from your current level. Once you achieve the points required for a level, your progress indicator is updated to display your progress towards the next level and your engagement level is updated to reflect your achievement.

Points
The points earned for each engagement is displayed to reflect your overall accumulation of points for that engagement event. Points will display whether or not levels are configured in your gamified environment.
Engagement History Tab
The second tab, Engagement history, provides a comprehensive view of your engagement history in chart form across recent days, and a feed of engagement points displayed in chronological order.
Engagement Event Chart
By clicking on the Engagement history tab, you’ll see the chart displaying points that you have earned in the past 7 days stacked by Engagement Category.
Each bar represents the total number of points earned through engagements on that day. Hovering over the stacked colours will display a tooltip presenting the total points for that category on that day.
The category names and colours are displayed at the bottom of the chart.
Show more chart history
To show more data on the chart, the day range selector at the top-right can be changed:
Engagement Event Feed
The Engagement event feed displays below the chart. This feed provides a list of your recent events with the latest at the top. The feed will display Event name, category, points awarded and the date/time of the award.
