Creating a 1-to-1 Meeting Template

Go to Settings > Actions & 1-to-1 settings and click the 1-to-1 templates tab. Click the New template button.

Enter a title (and an optional description), then click Create template. You're taken to the template editor.

From here, you can start adding agenda items to your 1-to-1 meeting template by clicking Add agenda item to open the item modal. Give the item a title and, optionally, a description, then save.

Repeat this to add as many agenda items as you need. Items appear in the order you add them and can be reordered from the list.

Once you have added all of your agenda items, you can add acknowledgement items that will form the basis of the acknowledgement form that the agent completes following a 1-to-1 meeting.

Click Add acknowledgement item to open the modal, enter a title (and optional description), and save.

Repeat this to add as many acknowledgement items as you need.

Once you're happy with the form, click the Publish button in the template editor. Confirm on the Publish template modal that appears — the template state moves to Active and it becomes selectable when creating a new 1-to-1 session.
