How do I view the distribution of meta-data linked to my imported contacts?

The following permissions are required to use this feature:

View Imported Contacts — to access the Imported contacts & filters page and the Insights tab
Viewing Metadata Distribution
Go to Conversations > Imported contacts & filters > Insights tab.
The Insights tab visualises the distribution of imported metadata tags across your contacts — letting you see, for example, how many tickets fall under each priority level, status, channel, or custom tag.
