Enables the mark-as-reviewed workflow

Marking feedback as reviewed isn't permission-gated. The action is available to non-agent users (managers, team leaders, supervisors, administrators).

Overview

Both general and quality feedback can be marked as reviewed. This status shows that a manager or team leader has seen the feedback for members of their team or business unit and has completed any actions needed to act on it.

Marking feedback as reviewed tags it as "Reviewed", which you can then use to report on reviewed and non-reviewed feedback.

The processes below work equally for quality and general feedback.

Marking Feedback as Reviewed

Navigate to either Review quality feedback or Review general feedback to begin.

  • Click the magnifying glass next to the team or user.

  • Below the reporting period summary, you'll see a table listing all feedback for the selected reporting period. If no feedback is shown, widen the reporting period.

You'll see:

  • Feedback that has not been marked as reviewed by anyone

  • Feedback that has been marked as reviewed by someone else

  • Feedback that you have previously marked as reviewed

Note: Once you have marked feedback as reviewed, you cannot currently undo this action.

Selecting a Single Item

Click the checkbox on the left of the feedback. The Mark as reviewed option appears at the top of the table — click it to apply.

Selecting Multiple Items

Click each checkbox next to the feedback entries you want, then click the Mark as reviewed link.

Identifying Who Has Reviewed Feedback

Against each feedback, you'll see the profile picture (or initials) of any user who has already reviewed it. Feedback can be marked as reviewed by multiple users, and the display will change accordingly.

A. Feedback Not Yet Reviewed by Anyone

  • Checkbox is active — you haven't reviewed this feedback

  • No profile pictures are shown — no one else has reviewed it either

B. Feedback Has Been Reviewed by Others (Not You)

  • Checkbox is active — you haven't reviewed this feedback

  • One or more profile pictures are shown — one or more people have reviewed it. If there are more than three reviewers, they'll be shown stacked.

C. Feedback Has Been Reviewed by You

  • Checkbox is not active — you've already reviewed this feedback

  • Your profile picture is shown, alongside any other reviewers

Filtering by Reviewed Status

You can filter your list of feedback in two ways:

  • Open the filter options and select either Reviewed or Not reviewed.

  • Or click the Reviewed bar at the top of the chart. Click again to restore the default view.

Reporting on Reviewed Feedback

On both the quality and general feedback review pages, you can download your feedback to a CSV file.

The download includes a Review Count column showing the number of reviews against each feedback entry, where 0 represents no reviews.
