How do I delete or re-assign a contact?

Required Feature Flags

The following permissions are required to use this feature:

Required Permissions:

  • Manage Contacts (quality.contacts.manage) β€” to delete or re-assign any pending contact in the work queue

  • Manage Pending Contacts (quality.contacts.manage-pending) β€” to manage contacts that have not yet been started

  • Manage In-Progress Contacts (quality.contacts.manage-in-progress) β€” to manage contacts already part-evaluated

Go to Evaluate > click Contacts to evaluate.

This opens the contacts to evaluate screen.

If you have the appropriate permission, you can tick the contact(s) you wish to delete or re-assign and you'll be presented with 2 options: Re-assign the contact or Remove the contact.

Option 1: Re-assign the Contact

Click Re-assign to reveal a pop-up window where you can re-assign the contact to a different user by selecting an option from the drop-down list.

Option 2: Remove the Contact

Click Remove contact and you'll be asked if you're sure you want to remove the selected contact(s). On a further click of Remove, the contact will be removed from the work queue and permanently deleted. If you are importing contacts from an integrated platform, the removed contact will be returned to the list of imported contacts.
