How do I send feedback to multiple people at once?

The following feature flags and permissions are required to use this feature:

Provide General Feedback — to send feedback to one or more recipients
Sending the same feedback to several people at once is useful for team recognition, sharing a process reminder, or giving group coaching. Each recipient still gets their own feedback record and notification, so it feels personal rather than a group message.
Step 1: Open the feedback form
Go to Feedback > General feedback > click Send general feedback.
The same form is used for single and batch feedback.
Step 2: Choose a topic (if your account uses them)
If your administrator has set up topics, pick one from the Select feedback topic dropdown. If only one topic exists, it may be pre-selected. If no topics are configured, this step is skipped.
Step 3: Select your recipients
In the Select feedback recipient(s) dropdown, you can mix and match across categories. Selected recipients appear as coloured badges below the dropdown. You can keep adding recipients until your selection is complete.
You can choose:
Agents — pick individual agents by name. They appear with a pink badge.
Non-agents — pick managers, supervisors, or administrators. They appear with a blue badge.
Groups — pick a group to send feedback to every agent in that group, including agents in any sub-groups. Groups appear with an orange badge.
Roles — pick a role to send feedback to everyone with that role. Roles appear with a purple badge.
To remove a recipient, click the X on their badge.
Step 4: Write your feedback
You'll see options for positive, neutral, and negative sentiment labels. Enter your feedback in the text area for each label you want to use. You need at least one piece of feedback to send.
All recipients will receive the same feedback text against the same labels.
Step 5: Send
Click Save. A progress bar appears showing how many notifications have been sent and how many are left. Wait for it to finish before navigating away.
If you want to start over, click Reset to clear the form.
Tips
Test with a small group first if you're not sure how the feedback will land.
Feedback can't be unsent once you click Save, so review before sending.
For specific, personalised feedback, send to individuals one at a time instead.
