How do I deactivate a scorecard?
Required Feature Flags
The following permissions are required to use this feature:
Required Permissions:
Manage QA Scorecards (
admin.quality.form-builder) — to deactivate, schedule deactivation or replace an active scorecard
Go to Evaluate > click Manage scorecards.
This opens the scorecard management screen.
Click View on the scorecard you want to deactivate.
Click Deactivate scorecard to see the following options:
Option 1: Deactivate Now
The scorecard becomes inactive straight away. It will no longer be available to evaluators for new evaluations.
Option 2: Deactivate Later
You'll be prompted to enter a date and time when the scorecard will become inactive. This is useful when you want to plan the transition in advance.
What Happens When a Scorecard Is Deactivated
The scorecard is no longer available for new evaluations
Existing evaluations already saved against the scorecard are not affected
The scorecard can be re-activated at any time if needed
Because inactive scorecards may have been used for evaluations, they are locked and cannot be edited
Alternative: Deactivate During Publishing
An active scorecard can also be deactivated or replaced during the process of activating/publishing a new scorecard. When publishing a new scorecard, you're given the option to select an existing active scorecard to deactivate at the same time — this is useful when your new scorecard is designed to replace a current one.
