How do I configure what results users / agents see?

Hide Quality Score

Enables the option to hide percentage scores on the View Results screen

Required Permissions:

  • Configure quality settings (admin.quality.settings) β€” to change what agents see on their results

Overview

You can control whether the system displays percentage scores on the View Results screen. Some organisations prefer to focus coaching conversations on outcomes and trends, finding percentage scores distracting or counterproductive.

Getting there

Go to Settings > Quality Settings > click the General tab

Display evaluation quality score

The quality percentage score is shown on evaluations

Hide quality score

Only the outcome (for example, Pass/Fail) is shown without the percentage

When to hide scores

Hiding percentage scores can be useful when:

  • You want coaching conversations to focus on specific behaviours rather than overall scores

  • Your organisation prefers outcome-based rather than score-based performance reviews

  • You want to reduce anxiety around specific numbers and focus on improvement areas

Important notes

  • This setting affects what agents and users see on their evaluation results

  • Reports and dashboards for managers and administrators are not affected by this setting

  • Changes apply immediately to all evaluations (past and future)
