How do I add my own logo to eLearning Certificates

Required Feature Flags

The following feature flags and permissions are required to use this feature:

Required Permissions:

  • Manage Lessons (elearning.manage-lessons) β€” required to add a certificate to a course

  • Access to My Learning (elearning.access-my-learning) β€” required for learners to view their certificates

How Certificates Work

Course builders can choose to add a certificate to any courses they build. When a learner finishes the course, they are awarded this digital certificate, which is visible from within the MyLearningArea. By default, this will display the evaluagent logo, as shown in the screenshot below.

We can support requests to add your own logo to the certificates, as per the example below.

Step 1: Contact Support

Please email our Support Team at support@evaluagent.com. Use the subject line: "Add my own logo to eLearning Certificates."

Step 2: Attach Your Logos

Attach two versions of your company logo to your email, as outlined below:

Logo Requirements

  • Logo A: on a white background

  • Logo B: on a dark background

  • File type: JPEG or PNG

  • Recommended dimensions: 540px Γ— 190px

Step 3: Confirmation

Once received, our Customer Support team will process your request and confirm when your certificates have been updated with your logo.
