Introduction

There are two ways to control what data shows on your reports and dashboards in evaluagent:

  • Manage Columns — choose which columns to show on supported reports, reorder them, and search for specific metrics

  • Widget metrics — change the metric a SmartView dashboard widget displays

This guide covers both.

Managing Columns on Reports

Step 1: Open a supported report

Go to Reporting and pick a report that supports column management. Currently this includes:

  • KPI Report (each tab — QA, Auto QA, My KPIs — saves separately)

  • Calibration Performance (each view — Evaluator, Scorecard, My Calibration Results — saves separately)

  • Evaluator Performance (Scoring tab only)

  • Imported Contacts table (each integration saves separately)

Step 2: Open the column manager

Click the Manage Columns button (the gear icon) at the top of the report.

Step 3: Show, hide, or reorder

  • Use the checkboxes to show or hide columns

  • Drag and drop columns to change the order

  • Use the search box to find a specific column quickly

Changes apply to the report immediately.

Step 4: How your preferences are saved

For most reports above, your column preferences are saved per-user against your account. They persist across sessions, devices, and browsers, and only affect what you see — not your colleagues.

The Imported Contacts insight report is the exception — column changes there apply for the current session only and reset when you leave the page.

Changing Metrics on a SmartView Widget

Step 1: Open the dashboard

Go to Reporting > SmartView and pick the custom dashboard that has the widget.

Step 2: Edit the widget

Click the cog icon on the widget and select Edit. The widget editor opens.

Step 3: Pick a different metric

Switch to the Properties tab. Use the metric dropdown to pick a new primary metric, or start typing to find one.

If you want to compare two metrics on the same visualisation, tick Add metric to compare and pick a second metric.

Step 4: Adjust filters and save

  • Move to the Filters tab to update the date range, scorecards, teams, or channels

  • Click Update to save the change

The widget refreshes with the new metric.

Adding, Removing, or Reordering Widgets

Add a Widget

  • Open your custom dashboard

  • Click + Widget

  • Step through the widget wizard to pick the metric, visualisation, filters, and name

  • Click Save

Remove a Widget

Click the cog icon on the widget, select Delete, then confirm.

Reorder Widgets

Drag any widget to a new position on the grid. The layout updates as you move it.

Resetting Column Preferences

To reset a report's columns to the default, deselect every customisation in Manage Columns. The report reverts to its default column set.
