We're making UI enhancements

We’re introducing some exciting improvements across the platform to help you work faster, see more at a glance, and give better feedback with less effort. Here's everything that's changed:

🧭 Navigation

Slimmer sidebar

The nav bar takes up less screen space, giving you more room to work

Smarter menu grouping

Day-to-day actions sit at the top; setup and admin items have moved to the bottom so the things you use most are always front and centre

Expandable labels

Not sure what an icon means? Expand the menu to show titles. It'll stay expanded until you're ready to collapse it

Contextual flyout menus

Sub-menus now open from where you are on the page, so you don't lose your place

New Development menu

Feedback, Records & Actions, and One-to-Ones are now grouped together in one place

Quick-create shortcut

Creating a new contact, one-to-one, or plan? Do it from the βž• create button anywhere in the platform, without navigating away from what you're doing

πŸ“Š Page Layout

Reduced page borders

Less grey space around pages means more of your data is visible without scrolling

Smaller headers

Page titles take up less vertical space so your tables and content load higher up the page

Compact table rows

More rows visible at once, without losing any of the detail you need

πŸ’¬ Feedback Workflow

New feedback icon

The pencil icon has been replaced with a chat bubble, consistent with how feedback is represented across the rest of the platform

Inline feedback panel

The feedback form now sits alongside the conversation and scorecard, so you always have full context while you're writing

Tabbed layout

Positive, neutral, and negative feedback each have their own tab, replacing the long scrolling modal

Visual confirmation

Once feedback is saved, the icon colours in so you can see at a glance where feedback has been left - any settings created on feedback type terminology and colouring will be applied in this new format
