How do I add my business context to analytics?

Introduction

Context Engine's Company Information settings allow you to configure your industry, region, and business objectives so that Evaluagent's AI understands the world your conversations happen in. This context is applied across all AI-powered features in the platform, including automated line items, xMetrics, conversation analytics and more, ensuring that AI outputs are grounded in what's relevant for your business rather than assessed in isolation.

How it Works

Navigate to Analytics > Context Engine > Company Information

Here is where you can input the details about your organisation.

  • Industry β€” Describe your organisation's primary industry or sector (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecommunications). This helps the AI interpret customer intent and conversation content within the right professional context.

  • Region β€” Specify the geographic regions you operate in (e.g. UK and Europe, North America). This informs regulatory framing and regional communication expectations.

  • Business Objectives β€” Describe your key goals for customer interactions (e.g. prioritise compliance, reduce repeat contacts, improve first call resolution). This shapes how the AI weighs and prioritises its outputs across the platform.
